HMDA geo-coding consists of matching the accurate MSA, State, County and census tract codes to each street address in combination with the ZIP Code.  Only this combination is acceptable to the regulators. Our HMDA Services and CRA/HMDA Software make it super-easy to get accurate geo-coding. Often, chasing this information down before March 1 is the single biggest challenge in filing HMDA on time; but not for Marquis’ clients. We make it both affordable and easy.
