Training

Training for all of our software applications begins with the goal of creating an exceptional client experience. From that launching point, each session seeks to explain the core benefits of the technology, how to use it, and then how to interpret the information to take action. We believe that it is the combination of these three concepts that most assuredly focuses our clients on achieving results.

Most training of our software programs is done at our computer lab in Plano, TX. Many clients however, choose to have us come on-site to personalize one of the many courses we offer. MarketTrax and Centrax, each have standardized basic, intermediate, advanced, and even specialized training classes. CallTrax training is most always performed on-site. ExecuTrax training will be offered both at our lab at HQ, or on-site optionally.

Regional, Web-based, and DVD driven training offers valuable ways to make our training message available more easily to all clients. Again, these and other new ideas will help us exceed the expectations of clients.
